New work places offer a sense of community and an abundance of amenities not found at home
As millennials grow older and start families, the trend to relocate to the suburbs will follow. Employees do not need to be in the office from 9-5 anymore so the onus is on landlords and organizations to make the office an extension of home. The new workplace should provide tools, culture, community – the things that you don’t get from the confines of your home.
